Day two in Buenos Aries. We were up early as we had made a reservation for a city tour this morning. It was a great day to sightsee, the weather was great with wall to wall blue sky. The temperature was about 22 or 23 degrees. Nadia (our guide) arrived about 9:30 we were the first to be picked up. There were only 12 of us on the bus and we were the only English speaking on the bus the others all spoke Spanish so she had to do it twice. We arrived back at the hotel about 1:30, and headed out for lunch at MacDonalds. After lunch it was an exploration of Central Park and streets on the way back to the hotel and a snooze the flight down was catching up on us.
Last evening we found the market street quite interesting so prior to dinner we went back to watch all the locals which is always interesting. This stroll gave us one of the best things we could ever learn about a city like Buenos Aries, and that is to keep all valuables out of sight of the pick pockets. YES we got picked and it cost us a pretty penny. Oh well on ward nothing can be done about it now. We did have a good walk, it is hard to find your way around in this areas as streets are narrow and not all corners are 90 degrees. Back to the room about 9 for some TV and reflections on the day.

Bummer .... sorry to hear about the pick pocket thing. We spent the entire time in France guarding our pockets. Sadly it can happen anywhere .....
